Road Marketing Forum

We are pleased to invite you to our 23rd annual Road Marketing Forum, scheduled to take place October 23rd and 24th in Los Angeles, CA. We are grateful to Nederlander, Hollywood Pantages Theatre, and their team for hosting this event. The Road Marketing Forum is a wonderful opportunity for you to gather face-to-face with your peers from other Touring Broadway markets to network, share successes, best practices, challenges, and discuss strategies for overcoming current issues.

We’ll kick off Wednesday with opening sessions in the early afternoon, prior to an evening event with your fellow colleagues. Thursday will be a full day of sessions and discussions, ending at approximately 4:00pm. Sessions will feature guest speakers from outside the industry, as well as experts from our own. Forum participants will share experiences and learn new strategies in:

  • Advertising in a Political Year
  • Diversity Sensitivity & Inclusion
  • PR Entertainment Panel
  • Guest / Patron Experiences
  • Film Marketing Case Study
  • Digital Potpourri
  • Round Table Discussions

Further details and a tentative schedule will be included with your confirmation letter. Participants must be either League Members or employees of League Members. There will be no registration fee for the meeting, so participants will only need to cover their travel and local expenses.
