To celebrate the launch of Back2Broadway Month, Broadway performers participated in the first-ever video press release announcing the exciting free events happening all throughout September. This video will live on the newly launched Broadway League video channel on YouTube, which can be found on the Back2Broadway official site: www.ILoveNYTheater.com/connect.

All month long, The Broadway League will release videos promoting the many Back2Broadway free events, dining deals, show offers, and more. This is the first-ever video press release created by The Broadway League, and coincides with the launch of their official Twitter (twitter.com/thebwayleague), which will cover all happenings on Broadway for the Twitterverse. The Back2Broadway website also features a “Twitter Watch” (powered by BroadwayWorld.com) where Twitter users can follow all of the tweeting Back2Broadway shows and performers in one place.

Back2Broadway Month will celebrate the entire Broadway industry and community and highlight the new season with free events, great ticket offers, special dining deals, talkbacks, concerts, interactive activities and more. Raffles and giveaways will be offered at each event.

Join Camp Broadway and members of The Broadway League's Kids Advisory Board in celebrating Kids' Night on Broadway® with a one-hour meeting moderated by Tony Award®-winner Gregory Jbara, who plays Dad in Billy Elliot the Musical! He will encourage kids to share their opinions, ideas, and experiences on a variety of Broadway related topics.

Broadway Tweet-up via Twitter – The first ever Broadway-wide interactive Tweet-up with shows, performers, and fans.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22nd
Broadway Salutes – A unique public celebration presented by The Broadway League and the Coalition of Broadway Unions and Guilds (COBUG) honoring the myriad of artists who have made Broadway great for decades – with special recognition for those who have worked 25, 35, and 50 years in their respective theatrical craft.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th
Broadway Flea Market and Grand Auction benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS – The biggest and brightest stars from Broadway, Off-Broadway, dance and daytime television come out to greet fans and sell memorabilia. Costume pieces, autographs, original scripts, rare photographs, and more.
