BroadwayLeague.com is the website of the Broadway League. The Broadway League is the national trade association for the commercial theatre industry. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of BroadwayLeague.com users and Broadway Fan Club members.

INFORMATION WE GATHER FROM BROADWAY FAN CLUB MEMBERS
The Broadway League gathers some personal and general consumer information when users join the Broadway Fan Club. (Our site does not automatically collect domain or e-mail address information, nor does it set cookies.) The registration form requires members to provide us with contact information (e.g., name, e-mail address and street address), demographic information (e.g., age, gender and birth date), and other information related to Broadway attendance. We track this information so we can send newsletters and other special offers to Broadway events and shows that correspond to members' interests; both e-mail and regular mail may be sent to club members. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please let us know by sending us e-mail at fanclub@broadway.org. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

With respect to security, we have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

OPT-OUT POLICY
From time to time, we make our customer list available to our partners or other reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting. If you do not want us to share your information with other companies or organizations, please let us know by e-mailing us at the e-mail address listed below. Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from the Broadway League and its partners. Instructions on how to unsubscribe from our mailing lists are identified in every e-mail sent to members. Members can opt out by sending a blank e-mail to unsubscribe@broadway.org.

UPDATING/CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
Upon request we offer Broadway Fan Club members the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. You can have this information corrected by sending us e-mail to fanclub@broadway.org. Kids Club members should send e-mail to kids@broadway.org.
